All About Us
LifeHealth REBOOT (LHR) has recognised that many of the changes people make in their lives are not done through a measured and tried approach. Life is busy and people are having to make more decisions with less information. Making high risk decisions can threaten our longevity and quality of life. Everyone deserves to have a better chance of living longer, happier and healthier. Our two primary programs target overcoming depression and anxiety and increasing our longevity.

LHR Director, Karl Winchcombe, has been conducting programs in depression and anxiety recovery in rural communities throughout Tasmania. The LHR bus allows easy access to smaller communities as it is fitted with a large chat-room, video screens, cafe style tables and a full length awning. With over 27 years experience in planning, organising and implementing programs, there is enormous potential to reach into more communities in the near future.
We believe that everyone can bring about positive change in their lives.
Our Mission
To empower people to reach and maintain their best emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially, giving them a reasonable chance of living a happier, healthier, and longer life.
Our Vision
To engage with people of all ages, encouraging them to participate in world class life-changing seminars and participatory programs that have been statistically proven to equip people with the education and practical skills required to bring about positive change in their lives.

Our Bus
The LifeHealth REBOOT bus makes the delivery of our programs truly mobile. The bus has been designed especially for interacting with rural communities that may not have the facilities needed to run our programs.
